Welcome to Backstories ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, including our website, social media platforms, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. Purchases and Payments All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products, including but not limited to our photography books and prints. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. If damaged please email us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We may replace the book based on our review.
3. Intellectual Property All content provided through the Services, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, and designs, is the exclusive property of Backstories or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Backstories shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Changes to the Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
