Returns
Backstories is a limited edition photography book, and each copy is produced with great care. Due to the exclusive nature of this product, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, no changes or cancellations can be made. If you believe an error was made in your order, please contact us immediately at info@backstoriesbook.com.
In rare cases, your book may arrive damaged due to handling by our shipping partners. If this happens, please send detailed and clearly visible photos of the damage, including images of the packaging, to info@backstoriesbook.com. In cases of significant damage, we may choose to replace the damaged book at our sole discretion, following a review of the photos submitted (“Damage Review”).
For a Damage Review, please note the following:
- Photos of the damaged book and packaging must be submitted in .jpeg or .png format.
- Photos must be sent within 72 hours of the delivery date indicated by the shipping provider.
- The book must not be used, displayed, or otherwise altered before the damage is reported.
- Damage Reviews may take up to 30 business days. Based on the review, we may replace or repair the damaged book.
- If a replacement is issued, it will be subject to production availability, and you may be responsible for return shipping costs in cases where a repair is made.
